Jason has been an active athlete his entire life. After years of intense training, he found himself plagued by nagging injuries that prevented him from competing and training as he was accustomed to. As a means of rehab, he rather reluctantly checked out a yoga class and walked out with something that he never quite found in his years of gym training: an overwhelming sense of wellbeing. Since then he’s never looked back, and has dedicated himself to the study of yoga wholeheartedly.

This teacher’s teacher credits the foundation of his teaching to his extensive training in Anusara yoga and his studies of Hindu Tantra.
